Haven’t washed my hair in two days. What’s the longest you’ve gone?

CBW and SB – I need one of those headbands. My hair is getting to that pre-winter-fly-away-but-needs-to-be-washed-nearly-every day-so-I-don’t-look-like-a-1980’s-glam-rock-lead singer stage.

Washing your hair is SO over rated! The longest I’ve gone was 4 days – with help from some dry shampoo. I had just gotten an amazing color job and wanted to preserve the color as long as possible. I knew it was time to wash it when my husband said “what’s up with your hair?”
I remember the nurse at the OB office reminding me to pack a headband in my bag to keep the hair out of my face during labor. Over I year later and I’m still rocking that headband. . . .
